Desperately Seeking Motivation?  This booklet was produced as part of the Small Steps Big Difference project.  We held several workshops with local people who regularly come to our exercise and cooking classes or who have taken part in health projects with us in the past. We explored what motivates people to have a healthy lifestyle using fun activities and discussions. During the discussions people’s stories were documented and finally their inspirational stories became a key part of this leaflet. The volunteers helped design the brochure and also to help us collate and research the activities happening in the area, which are used to signpost people to the many different healthy activities happening in the local area.
