Celebrating 25 Years of Community Health

The Health Project is 25 years old this year and to celebrate we currently have an exhibition at North Edinburgh Arts Centre.  The exhibiton show-cases some of the work we have done over the past 25 years, including the Western General Action Group and Pilton Elderly Forum.

In the cafe area you will find a long list of work we have been involved with. We are very keen to hear your comments -how were you involved, what have we forgotten, please let us know so when we celebrate 50 years we can get it right!

Upstairs are smaller exhibitions around a number of themes that have been key to our work over 25 years.

The exhibition will be up at North Edinburgh Arts Centre, behind Muirhouse shopping centre until 30th October 2009.  Its FREE.

Remembering the biggest campaign that the project has been involved with – the fight to save casualty at the Western General Hospital. Work of local people secured a Minor Injuries Unit at the Western.
